付録  C 障害追跡

この付録では、上級者向け分析ウィザードの使用時に表示される可能性のあるエラーメッセージについて説明します。対処方法がある場合は、それも示します。

エラーメッセージ

Please enter a valid results spreadsheet name ending in .xls

Cause:

結果ファイルの名前は、.xls 拡張子が付く Excel ファイルでなければなりません。

Solution:

Excel .xls 拡張子をファイル名の後ろにつけてください。

Results Directory does not exist. Do you want to create the directory?

Solution:

Yes をクリックしてディレクトリを作成します。

Can't create the directory: <Directory name> Check that you are creating only a single directory at the lowest level and that you can write to this disk and <CR>that it is not full.

Cause:

ディレクトリを作成する場所に書き込み許可がありません。

Can't create the file: <Path to analysis.ini_bak file> Please check that you have write permission to this directory.

Solution:

分析のオリジナル設定を復元するには、Cancel をクリックします。

"Missing Results Template: results.xlt Please reinstall the application."

Cause:

results.xlt テンプレートが <installation directory>\resources にありません。

Solution:

上級者向け分析ウィザードを再インストールします。

"Missing <Document type> Migration Driver Document: <Driver document name> Please reinstall the application."

Cause:

上級者向け分析ウィザードが使用するマクロを含む Word、Excel、または PowerPoint ドキュメントが <installation directory>\resources にありません。

Solution:

上級者向け分析ウィザードを再インストールします。

"Document Analysis requires Microsoft Office version 9.0 or above to be installed. The currently installed version <version number> is not supported.

Cause:

上級者向け分析ウィザードは、Microsoft Office 2000 以上で実行する必要があります。

"The wizard cannot run the analysis if Excel is open. The wizard needs exclusive access to Excel in order to create the results spreadsheet. Please close Excel so the analysis can be run."

Cause:

Excel が開いています。

Solution:

Excel を終了します。

<Application name> Analysis failed to connect to the <Application name> automation server. Please ensure that all instances of <Application name> are closed before rerunning the analysis and check that the machine has sufficient free memory to run the analysis. If necessary use the Task Manager to remove any frozen instances of <Application name >, using the Applications Tab - End Task"

Cause:

Word、Excel、または PowerPoint が開いています。

Solution:

開いているすべての Microsoft Office アプリケーションを終了します。

<Application name> main menu: Tools-> Macro-> Security... Trusted Sources tab: Trust access to Visual Basic Project - unchecked To analyze macros you must check this checkbox before running the analysis. Do you wish to continue the analysis without analyzing <Application name > macros?"

Cause:

Microsoft Office は、Visual Basic マクロを実行するように構成されていません。

Solution:

実行するように構成するには、「マクロ実行のための Microsoft Office の構成」を参照してください。

<Word/Excel/PowerPoint> Analysis Failed on document: <Document name > Please remove this file from the Documents Directory and ensure that all instances of <Word/Excel/PowerPoint > are closed before rerunning the analysis If necessary use the Task Manager to remove any frozen instances of <Word/Excel/PowerPoint>, using the Applications Tab - End Task"

Cause:

ドキュメントの分析中にウィザードにエラーが発生しました。

Solution:

分析中のドキュメントを含むディレクトリから該当するドキュメントを削除します。

"Document Analysis needs to write to the results spreadsheet: <results spreadsheet name> Excel currently has this spreadsheet open. It must be closed before the analysis can be run. If Excel does not appear to be running please check the Task Manager and remove any Excel.exe processes."

Cause:

結果スプレッドシートが開いています。

Solution:

結果スプレッドシートを閉じて、Excel を終了します。

"Missing Migration Results Document: <Document Name> Please check that you have write permissions on the results directory and rerun the analysis."

Cause:

分析結果を保存するディレクトリに対して正しい書き込み許可がありません。

Solution:

ウィザードを再起動して、結果スプレッドシートの書き込み許可のあるディレクトリを選択します。
