5.1 Failure Diagnosis and Confirmation of Component Repair Using SunVTS/SunDiag
- For initial installation and hardware configuration confirmation and component diagnosis, before HA Server software has been installed, refer to Chapter 6 of the SPARCcluster High Availability Server Software Administration Guide for instructions on installing SunVTS. For other hardware component diagnosis and repair confirmation, refer to the documentation for the component for use of SunDiag.
5.2 Verify HA Configuration using hacheck Command
- The Solstice HA hacheck command is used to verify system configurations. Refer to Chapter 11 of the SPARCcluster High Availability Server Software Planning and Installation Guide for more information regarding this command; refer to Appendix A of the same manual for information concerning error messages associated with the hacheck command.
